Ingredients:
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup egg whites
- 3 tablespoons Stevia
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chopped apple
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour mixture into a large glass casserole dish.
- Bake in the oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
