Baked Apple Pie Oatmeal
Ingredients: 2 cups old fashioned oats3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk1 cup unsweetened applesauce½ cup egg whites3 tablespoons Stevia2 teaspoons vanilla extract2 teaspoons cinnamon½ teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt2 cups chopped apple Directions: Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour mixture into a large glass casserole dish. Bake in the oven at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
