
Hey there, I’m Kimberly Granados – wife, stay at home mom to 3 boys, personal trainer, nutrition specialist and weight loss specialist.
I created this blog because I’m currently 2 months postpartum with my 3rd baby and would love to share my journey back to fit. I’ll be sharing exercises, meal prep tips, recipes and all my weight loss secrets.
I would love to help other women struggling to balance a healthy lifestyle with motherhood. I know how hard it is to lose the baby weight and feel like yourself again. My goal is to empower women by sharing correct information so they can achieve incredible and sustainable results. My beliefs are that you don’t have to do crazy, intense workouts, spending hours at the gym. You don’t have to cut out whole food groups or give up the foods you love. I believe that fitness should be something you love and food should be enjoyed!
